What Then?

Yesterday is just a memory,
By chance you will recall.
Tomorrow is only a hope,
If it should come at all.
Today is still uncertain,
So live it at your best.
Thank the Lord for each moment,
With which your life is blessed.
We take each day for granted,
As if they'll never end.
We spend them in pleasures,
Having fun with our friends.
We work long, hard hours,
To acquire this worlds goods,
And not care for others,
As we know we should.
Since yesterday is gone forever,
And tomorrow may never be,
Shouldn't we be concerned,
Where we'll spend eternity?
Get your priorities straight.
Try to do what is right.
You never know for sure.
The end could come tonight.
